Booking conditions

Non-refundable prepayment

• Online Check-in is available 24 hours, front desk is open from 9 AM to 6 PM, phone assistance works until midnight.
• Check-in time is from 4 PM. If you arrive earlier, you may check in if your room is ready.
• Check-out time is no later than 11 AM. A late check-out request will incur an additional charge of €30.
• Private parking available, located 2 minutes from the hotel. The cost is €20 per day, and a reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Reservation payments are processed through the Redsys payment gateway: 30% upon booking, and the hotel will send an email with a payment link one day before arrival to complete the full payment.

Housekeeping

• Cleaning service is provided every 7 days. Additional cleaning services are available at a rate of €20 per hour.
• Cleaning hours are from 11 AM to 6 PM. If you wish to have your apartment cleaned, please hang the sign "Apartamento libre, listo para limpiar" on the door handle before 11 AM.

Laundry & Ironing

• Self-service laundry and ironing facilities are available on floor -1. If you do not have €1 coins, you can purchase a laundry token at the front desk.

Important Policies

• No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments. A fine of €100 per guest will be imposed for violations. Smoking is only allowed in apartments with outdoor terraces.
• Damages – If anything breaks, please inform us immediately so we can fix it during your stay. Guests are responsible for any damages caused due to accident, negligence, or reckless behavior. The hotel reserves the right to charge for repairs.
• No Parties – Parties are not allowed in the apartments. Please respect other guests who do not wish to join in.
• No Pets Allowed – Our no-pet policy is strict. Bringing pets will result in contract termination with no refund.
• Prohibited Items & Activities – We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest bringing prohibited or unauthorized items, such as hazardous materials, strong-smelling objects, unregistered firearms or other weapons, illicit drugs, or engaging in illegal activities (e.g., prostitution, smuggling, gambling).
• Security – The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings during your stay. Guests must ensure the security of their personal items.

Children Policy

• Babies aged 0 to 3 years stay for free when sharing a bed with an adult. Cribs are available upon request.
