Failure to comply will result in a 100-euro fine per guest in the apartment. Most of our guests prefer a smoke-free environment. Please refrain from smoking in common areas. Smoking is only allowed in apartments with outdoor terraces.<\/li>\n<li>If something breaks, please let us know immediately so we can fix it during your stay and prevent future guests from encountering issues. Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment, whether accidental, negligent, intentional, or reckless. We reserve the right to charge the guest for the cost of repairing the damage.<\/li>\n<li>PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED! If you want to party, please do so outside the apartments. Respect guests who may not want to join your party!<\/li>\n<li>PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Our no-pets policy is non-negotiable, and we do not accept any pets. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of our contract with the guest, with no refund.<\/li>\n<li>We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest bringing unauthorized or prohibited items to our premises, including but not limited to hazardous materials, items emitting foul odors, unregistered firearms or other weapons, illicit drugs, or other prohibited substances, as well as engaging in illegal acts on our property, such as prostitution, smuggling, or gambling.<\/li>\n<li>The establishment team is not liable or responsible in any way for items stolen or lost during your stay in the apartment. All guests are responsible for the security of their belongings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Above all, we hope you enjoy your stay in Alicante<\/p>\n<h3>Service Information and Hours:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Reception Hours: Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Check-in time is from 4 p.m.; if you arrive earlier, you may check in if your apartment is ready<\/li>\n<li>Check-out by 11 a.m.; late check-out incurs an additional charge of 20\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Chill Out area with pool: summer hours from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., winter hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Apartment cleaning is an additional service and requires booking 24 hours in advance; cleaning supplies for self-service are available on floor -1 in the laundry area<\/li>\n<li>Laundry and ironing are self-service, machines operate with tokens or euros; washing detergent is available upon request at reception during reception hours<\/li>\n<li>Breakfast can be ordered 24 hours in advance and will be served the next day between 9 and 11 a.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Living Rules Please note that all our apartments have a NO SMOKING policy!
