The client (buyer) agrees to reserve a property and pay a deposit, which varies depending on the number of nights of stay.<\/b><\/p>\n

Once the payment is made, the property is reserved in the client’s name, and the deposit is deducted from the total price.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/h3>\n

Flexible Cancellation:<\/b><\/h4>\n

  • If the client cancels or modifies the reservation at least 48 hours before the arrival date, no charge will be applied.<\/li>\n
  • If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before arrival or on the same day, the cost of the first night will be charged.<\/li>\n
  • In case of a no-show or same-day cancellation, the full stay will be charged.<\/li>\n
  • The client must provide credit card details as a payment guarantee. To confirm the reservation, 30% of the total amount will be charged to the indicated credit card. The remaining balance will be paid by card at check-in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Non-Refundable Cancellation:<\/b><\/h4>\n

    • Cancellation without penalty is not possible. Once the reservation is received, the hotel will charge the total amount to the client’s credit card.<\/li>\n
    • No refund will be issued in case of cancellation, early departure, or no-show (the reservation will only be maintained for the first night).<\/li>\n
    • If payment is declined, the hotel will cancel the reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
