At the end of April and the beginning of May, Alicante and nearby towns join the celebration of International Jazz Day. The program includes club concerts, a lecture on the visual culture of jazz, photography exhibitions, open-air performances, dance events, and a major charity concert. Victor de Diego Organic
Refugio Jazz Club in Sant Joan d’Alacant will host a concert by the quartet of saxophonist Víctor de Diego. The program features organ jazz with an energetic sound, genre standards, and original compositions performed by musicians from the Barcelona jazz scene.

La Sedajazz Big Band Vol. III: A History of Latin Jazz

XV International Jazz Day charity collective concert
Teatro Principal of Alicante will host a major charity concert with nearly one hundred musicians. During the event, awards will also be presented, and the proceeds will go to a solidarity project for children in India.
