Reservation policy

The client (buyer) agrees to reserve a property and pay a deposit, which varies depending on the number of nights of stay.

Once the payment is made, the property is reserved in the client’s name, and the deposit is deducted from the total price.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible Cancellation:

• If the client cancels or modifies the reservation at least 48 hours before the arrival date, no charge will be applied.
• If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before arrival or on the same day, the cost of the first night will be charged.
• In case of a no-show or same-day cancellation, the full stay will be charged.
• The client must provide credit card details as a payment guarantee. To confirm the reservation, 30% of the total amount will be charged to the indicated credit card. The remaining balance will be paid by card at check-in.

Non-Refundable Cancellation:

• Cancellation without penalty is not possible. Once the reservation is received, the hotel will charge the total amount to the client’s credit card.
• No refund will be issued in case of cancellation, early departure, or no-show (the reservation will only be maintained for the first night).
• If payment is declined, the hotel will cancel the reservation.
